Uptown Planners consists of board members and interested community members in the Uptown community of San Diego. Uptown Planners is the city-recognized community-planning advisory group for the neighborhoods of Bankers Hill/Park West, Middletown, Mission Hills, Hillcrest, University Heights (west of Park Boulevard) and Marston Hills. Under City rules and in the spirit of the Brown Act, board members and community members should share information using this listing, but not engage in discussion of individual projects. Projects should be discussed at publicly noticed meetings.
